Lovely home, with beautiful views of the bay. Beach houses are often exposed and close to road traffic, but not this one. The setting is surprisingly green, quiet, and sheltered, with no busy roads nearby. Of course you can step off the deck into the low dunes and right onto the beach, but you may want to stroll through the quiet streets of the surrounding neighborhood with its charming cottages and gardens. We've stayed at Bella Beach four the past four years and have loved it each time. We've stayed at Beach Bungalow at the Sea and have found it clean, comfortable and very relaxing. The whole rental process was very easy and we would highly recommend this place. 🙂

We had a wonderful week at the ebb and flow house. Great location for walks along the water, quiet afternoons on the deck and close to town and local beaches.

This was a lovely, clean, house in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, with a short walk right to the beach!! But, don't be like me. Read ALL of the fine print before making a reservation. I booked this for my 85+ parents and their two friends. 4 people staying there, right? Wrong. I found out that if I wanted to VISIT or help them, that it would cause a cancellation and NO refund. Lisa explained since only 4 people were listed, only 4 were allowed. Lisa adjusted our numbers to 6 thankfully, and told us there is a county ruling to protect rental properties from "party crashers". So, please keep in mind the max number of your guests, whether they are staying there or just coming over for dinner. Also, there is a off-site deposit fee of $350 and a rental agreement to sign. I did not see this at the time of booking. I asked Airbnb about this, and they told me it was against policy. Then later they said it was ok. Very conflicting information. Very clean home. Really enjoyed our stay! Beach is only a few minutes walk away. The neighborhood was very quiet (except for a bit of construction on a couple of the adjacent properties but that was only during the day and didn’t start until 9:00 am or so). This is a beautiful cottage, just as described!! Don’t worry about there not being enough TP, etc. the “initial supply” is likely enough to last a week or more for one couple. Be sure to check the main bedroom closet - there is a foldable step stool that will prove very convenient to get in and out of the high beds! Speaking of beds…super comfortable with quality linens! Highly recommend and we would return!

Lisa was very accommodating, the house was perfect for our group of 10. Great beach vibe, nice quiet neighborhood with plenty to do, highly recommend
